10th Annual Sports Meet Report – 2025–26
The 10th Annual Sports Meet for the academic year 2025–26 was organized on Wednesday, 12th November 2025, at Honeywell International School, Parishwad, Belagavi District.
The programme begun with the Chief Guest, Ms. Smita B. Patil, recipient of the Ekalavya Award (2010) and a State-level Wrestling Coach. The event was graced by the presence of the School Management Directors — Mr. Shivanand Patil, Mr. Basanagouda Nadagouda, Mr. Shankargouda Patil, Mr. Shivanand Gudli, and the Principal, Dr. Anilkumar Benagi, along with the teaching and non-teaching staff and beloved students.
The dignitaries inaugurated the event by watering a plant, symbolizing growth and prosperity. Addressing the students, the Chief Guest, Mrs. Smita Patil, emphasized the importance of setting goals in life and remarked, “Nothing is impossible if you have the determination to achieve it.”
The students then presented a March Past with great enthusiasm and discipline, showcasing teamwork, unity, and school spirit.
The Principal, Dr. Anilkumar Benagi, addressed the gathering and administered the Sports Oath.
Mrs. Vijaya Pujari delivered the welcome speech, Miss Uzma Naik introduced the guests, and Mr. Babusaheb Thalagade, the Physical Education Teacher, presented the Sports Report. The program was anchored by Mrs. Aisha Nalaband, and the Vote of Thanks was proposed by Mr. Sachin Marakatti.

Honeywell International School, Parishwad, Belagavi, organized the 10th Annual Social Gathering for classes 5th to 10th for the academic year 2025–26 on 20/12/2025, Saturday.
The Guest of Honour for the program was Mr. Shashidhar Angadi (Retired Assistant Executive Engineer, Office of the Chief Engineer, Minor Irrigation – North Zone, Vijayapur) and Mrs. Shridevi Angadi (Professor, Department of Architecture, Shravan Basava University, Kalaburagi). The program was presided over by the School Chairman, Shri Subhash Gulashetti.
Also present on the dais were members of the School Management Committee and Directors: Shri Shivanand Patil, Mrs. Sunita Gulashetti, Shri Basanagouda Nadagoudar, Shri Shankargouda Patil, and Shri Shivanand Gudli, along with the School Principal, Dr. Anilkumar Benagi. Teaching and non-teaching staff, students, and parents were also present in large numbers.
The program was inaugurated with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the guests and dignitaries. The guests addressed the students and motivated them with their valuable words, followed by the presidential address. A variety of cultural programs were beautifully presented by the students.
The program was compered by Mrs. Aisha Nalband. The welcome address was delivered by the Academic Coordinator, Mrs. Vijaya Pujari. Mr. Shrikant introduced the guests. The prize distribution ceremony was conducted by Ms. Uzma Naik and Ms. Saniya Tane Khan.
The school report was presented by the Principal, Dr. Anilkumar Benagi. The prayer song was rendered by Ms. Uzma Nayak and Mrs. Arati Badiger, and the program concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Mr. Pandurang Nilajkar.

Also present were the Admin Trustee, Shri Shivanand Patil, members of the Board of Directors—Mrs. Sunita Gulashetti, Shri Basanagouda Nadagoudar, Shri Shankargouda Patil, and Shri Shivanand Gudli—along with the School Principal, Dr. Anilkumar Benagi. Teaching and non-teaching staff, students, and parents were also present.
